d) Third-Party Data

We may receive data from:

  • CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Genesys)
  • Integrations configured by customers
  • Analytics and marketing partners

e) Audio and Voice (mobile application)

When you use our mobile application to speak with a digital employee, the app captures audio from your microphone while the conversation is active. That audio is transmitted to our artificial-intelligence providers to be transcribed and to generate the reply, and the voice you hear is likewise produced by a speech-synthesis provider. Capture happens only while a conversation is open, and you can stop it at any time by ending the conversation or revoking the microphone permission in your operating system's settings.

By default we do not keep the audio: it is processed in transit and discarded. We do keep the text transcript of the conversation, subject to section 8.

The organization that provides your account may enable conversation recording for its own agents. When it does, the audio of those conversations is stored in our infrastructure and retained under that organization's retention settings, and it is deleted when the account is deleted. Whether recording is enabled is a decision of that organization, not of ours — ask them, or write to j@mind-lab.ai and we will tell you.
