Why branches

Your branches are full of work an AI agent can do.

Customers still visit branches for everyday needs. Every visit that could have been self-service becomes a queue, and serving more customers means hiring more people.

  • Long queues

Customers wait in line for simple requests such as payments, account reactivations or general questions.

  • Repetitive tasks

Staff spend the day on the same requests, with little time left for sales and for the cases that really need a person.

  • Scaling means hiring

More demand, more locations or longer hours require more staff, with the training and turnover costs that come with them.

  • Inconsistent experience

Answers and service quality change from branch to branch and from channel to channel.

How it works

From hello to resolved, without a queue.

The avatar runs the full service flow on its own and hands off to your staff when a person is needed.

  1. The customer walks up

The avatar greets them on a kiosk or branch screen and understands the request through natural voice conversation. Customers can interrupt at any time.

  2. It identifies the customer

It verifies the customer's identity against your systems and can use CP-Vision to understand the visual context in front of the camera.

  3. It executes in your systems

Through MCP it runs the real workflow: reactivates an account, generates a QR payment, books an appointment or opens a ticket.

  4. It shows what the customer needs

Generative UI renders plans, payment QR codes, receipts or forms on screen, right inside the conversation.

  5. It confirms or hands off

It confirms the resolution, or transfers the case to a staff member with the full context when a person is needed.

Capabilities

Everything a front-line agent needs.

The branch avatar is the same MindLab agent you run on your digital channels, now with a face.

  • Photorealistic MetaHuman

Unreal Engine MetaHuman avatars streamed in real time with Pixel Streaming, for a face-to-face experience on any screen.

  • Real-time voice

Knows when the customer is speaking, answers instantly and handles natural interruptions (barge-in) in 29+ languages.

  • CP-Vision

Computer vision that understands context: the agent sees, identifies and acts in real time.

  • Generative UI

Interactive components rendered on screen during the conversation: payment flows, plans, lab results, boarding passes and more.

  • Connected through MCP

Plugs into your CRM, payments, bookings and internal systems through the Model Context Protocol to execute real workflows.

  • One agent, every channel

The same agent, knowledge and guardrails serve branches, web chat, WhatsApp and voice, so answers are consistent everywhere.

Deployment

What you need to deploy it

A kiosk needs little: a screen, audio, a camera, internet and a place to stand. MindLab provides the avatar software and the real-time streaming. We validate the exact hardware list and the sizing during discovery and share the detailed requirements sheet when we scope the pilot, and we can work with the kiosks you already have or with a supplier.

  • Screen and space

A screen that shows the avatar at eye level, with power and a spot in the branch where customers already pass or queue. Touch is optional, since the conversation is by voice.

  • Microphone and speakers

Audio the customer can speak into and hear clearly in a room with background noise. Most kiosks and all-in-one screens include both; we check placement and levels at install time.

  • Camera for CP-Vision

A camera facing the customer so the agent can use computer vision to understand the visual context in front of it. It is optional if you deploy without CP-Vision.

  • Connectivity

A stable internet connection at each location. The avatar is streamed in real time from our infrastructure, so nothing is rendered on site; we size the bandwidth with your network team during discovery.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Does the avatar tell customers it is an AI?

Yes. Our AI Policy calls for every deployment to clearly disclose that customers are interacting with AI and never to lead them to believe they are talking to a human.

What happens when a request needs a person?

The avatar hands the case off to your staff, with the conversation context, through the escalation paths you define. High-risk decisions always keep a human in the loop.

Which languages does it speak?

More than 29 languages, with the same voice and personality in all of them, real-time responses and natural interruptions.

Is it the same agent as our web chat, WhatsApp and voice channels?

Yes. You configure one agent (personality, knowledge base, tools, voice and guardrails) and deploy it to branches, kiosks, web chat, WhatsApp and voice.

How does it connect to our systems?

Through MCP (Model Context Protocol): CRM, payments, bookings, support and your internal systems. That is how the avatar executes workflows, such as reactivating an account or generating a QR payment, instead of only answering questions.
